Rental Fee

There is a fixed rental fee per day, which varies depending on the season.
A 10% discount is offered for rentals of one week or more. For long term rentals over one month, a 20% discount is given.

Please note there are additional utility charges to be paid to the management on the final day. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged through management.

* Public holidays is only defined as the weeks wherein falls Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter.
